[802SEC] Draft press release for review - formation of new IEEE 802.3 Study Groups

Dear EC members,

In consultation with the IEEE-SA PR agency, the attached press release has been developed to announce the formation of the IEEE 802.3 Next Generation EPON and the IEEE 802.3 2.5 Gb/s and 5 Gb/s Ethernet over Backplane and Copper Cable Study Groups. Since the development of this release was at the request of the leaders of the related IEEE 802.3 Calls for Interest and myself I'm seeking EC approval. Based on this I would like to request review before proceeding to an email ballot, and request that you provide comments on the attached draft by Monday 27th July 2015 11:59PM AOE.
