Does he need a room reservation? The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is almost sold out. Please advise.

Wireless WG Chairs, I have invited a representative from 3GPP to give a presentation at IEEE 802.19 on Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) at the May Wireless Interim. I am looking at two possible time slots, · Tuesday PM1 (1:30 – 3:30 PM) · Wednesday PM1 (1:30 – 3:30 PM) The speaker’s preference is for Tuesday but if someone has a good reason to choose Wednesday due to an important schedule conflict I can consider Wednesday instead. Please notify me of any reason we need to consider Wednesday instead of Tuesday by the end of the week, so I can get this on the schedule and notify the speaker. Dawn and Lisa, I will need a larger room for this one time-slot once we settle on the time. Please check what would be available. I would like a room for 50 or more. Thanks, Steve
