802.1 & 802.3 contributions are not on mentor ... while the 802.1 document repository is linked from mentor, 802.3 is not.
Perhaps a slight wording change in the liaison would be appropriate?

I would like to have on the closing agenda a consent agenda item:
Moved: IEEE 802 Executive Committee approves the liaison letter, document 24-14-0040-00, for IEEE p2413.
The only change to the letter from before was to change:
"IEEE 802 also supports making its drafts and standards available to
P2413 members, subject to approval by the IEEE SA."
to be
"It is IEEE 802 policy to have reciprocal access to drafts and standards with liaison organizations as an essential element of all liaison relationships, subject to approval by the IEEE SA."
