I know the regulatory guys want to attend this meeting so it sounds like AM1 is the way to go. Steve From: rkennedy1000@gmail.com [mailto:rkennedy1000@gmail.com]
AM2 on Tuesday is the Regulatory SC fixed time slot. Rich Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
Jon, Dino requested Tuesday morning. I explained that we have two time slots: AM1 and AM2, and explained the times. He said he preferred AM1, but
I would suspect that if we felt that AM2 was better he could probably work with that time. I was not suggesting it be in conjunction with WNG. I would schedule it as part of 802.19 but once we pick a time, I would request a larger room
for that one time-slot. If a lot of people feel that AM2 is better we can ask him to switch to that time, but if not we can stick with AM1. Steve

Steve, Paul, That is the 802.11 WNG mtg slot. Are you suggesting that we hold that in conjunction with that one? Not sure that it is a show stopper, but for the topic, we will need to determine how many you think will want to attend his talk...then we can look for a room... Getting a larger room at that time may or may not be easy, we will see. Jon
