G’day Steve As you know, I was the author of the 1481. It was written as an editorial clean-up, focusing on telling the story in a slightly more logical order, refining language and fixing a few editorial inconsistencies
. It also replaced the somewhat broken ppt template. I had hoped that 1481 would be the versions sent to the WGs, but due to a misunderstanding on my part it arrived in your e-mail box too late.
I would be happy to show the differences if necessary, but I would suggest that we apply the comments from WGs to 1481 as a starting point. Andrew From: ***** IEEE 802 Executive Committee List ***** [mailto:STDS-802-SEC@ieee.org]
On Behalf Of Shellhammer, Steve Adrian, Thank you for the two documents. We will review them tomorrow. Document 1377 is from last week’s 802.11 regulatory call. I believe those edits have already been incorporated into the CLL presentation but we will confirm that tomorrow. Document 1481 is a modified version of the CLL presentation, however it does not show any redlines where the changes were made. Are you asking 802.19 to review that document
and identify the changes and then consider those changes? If you could clarify that would be helpful. Thanks. Regards, Steve From: Stephens, Adrian P [mailto:Adrian.P.Stephens@intel.com]
