The Scope of the Project states “… Optical Camera Communications (OCC) using light frequencies over the spectral range of 10,000nm (Infra-Red (IR)) to 190nm (near Ultra-Violet (UV)) …” The term “light frequencies” is used when
the proper term is “light wavelengths”
