Mike- I can see from Mr Marcus' apparent concern about several issues in his blog that there is a risk that his concerns may well wander beyond our scope. (I would STRONGLY suggest that Mr. Marcus edit his blog to correct the several instances of nonsensical words in his text (likely the result of wrong guesses by a spelling corrector) They significantly impact the clarity of his case.) Interference with fixed stations is, I believe, an appropriate issue for 802.18 Whatever objections people have to devices that take photos of them from a new angle is a socio-legal problem, not a technical nor even techno-social problem. I believe it is outside the scope of 802. We are a technical committee. I think that the legality or appropriateness of jamming is also a socio-legal issue, not a technical one. I do believe, however, that to either permit or forbid is likely to result in unintended consequences. 802 may be of help in bringing those to light.
