[802SEC] Draft press release for review - publication of IEEE 802.3bj-2014 100 Gb/s Operation Over Backplanes and Copper Cables amendment

Dear EC members,

Based on consultation with the IEEE-SA PR agency, the attached press release has been developed to announce the publication of the IEEE 802.3bj-2014 100 Gb/s Operation Over Backplanes and Copper Cables amendment, once the publication take place, which is expect soon. 

Since the development of this press release was at the request of the IEEE P802.3bj Task Force Chair and me, I will be seeking EC approval for the press release. Based on this I'd like to request review before proceeding to an email ballot, therefore please provide comments on the attached draft by Thursday 21st August, 2014 11:59PM AOE.
