Pat, The form states – 1. PRESENTATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE: PDFs of the presentation shall be filed with the IEEE 802 LMSC Recording Secretary John D’Ambrosia (jdambrosia@ieee.org) by the Friday prior to the Plenary Session. For the July 2014 Plenary, the deadline is July 11, 2014, 5pm PDT. Not sure what the need is for item f. I would prefer to keep it generic, so the same document can be used each time. They are in our rules, but I don’t think presenters should have to dig through rules to find them. Could you add them to the request form?
