I don't understand why your motion makes the press release contingent on its approval by the SASB.
When would you expect to present such a request to the SASB?

Paul has authorized me to conduct the EC motion to approve the Press Release on the formation of the Spectrum Occupancy Sensing (SOS) Study Group under the 802.22 Working Group. Please see the attached Press Release document.
Paul has delegated the conduct of the EC electronic ballot on the following motion to me. To ensure this release is issued as soon as practical I am announcing the possibility of an 'early close' to this ballot (see below).
