Jon, I’m still confused by a couple of things. 1.
If this is an EC excutive session, I should not have received an invite. As it is, I’ve now made it public on the EC
reflector – for which I apologize. 2.
The agenda posted for the first call by John was: “The draft agenda I have at the moment is: 1) review Suspension of Rules findings from Aug SASB meeting (Nikolich) 2) review draft Fee Waiver policy text from Thompson/Thaler/Gilb 3) review Revision Project definition findings from Aug SASB meeting (Jon--can you take this?) 4) update on Next Gen Publishing System (tentatively Adrian Stevens) 5) update on EC workshop scheduled for 16NOV (Adrian S) 6) update on 40th anniv celebration scheduled for 11NOV (D'Ambrosia) 7) update on Nov Plenary session (Rosdahl) 8) update on Meeting Manager RFP process (Rosdahl) 9) what did I forget????? Topic: 802 Meeting Which is the same agenda as the later call. This might explain why I thought they were the same call. Others might have come to
the same conclusion. Notwithstanding all the above, I will call in using the coordinates you supplied. On Behalf Of Jon Rosdahl Adrian, There are two meetings today. One is at noon ET -- 802 EC Executive session, and the logistics were sent privately. One is at 1pm(13:00) ET -- 802 Interim Telecon -- Logistics were sent from Me multiple times (Reminders sent Yesterday and on Sept26) to the reflector and initially the meeting notice given during the July Plenary and an updated agenda
