Dear Members of the EC,
Per the July Plenary Closing, I had
an action item to develop a budget for the 40th Anniversary F&B and initiate an electronic ballot.
Working with F2F I have developed a budget, and have spoken with Paul. delegated the conduct of the 10 day EC electronic ballot on the following motion to me. This ballot will be conducted per OM Clause "4.1.2 Voting rules"
I am announcing the possibility of an 'early close' to this ballot (see below).
Move to approve an expenditure not to exceed $6000 for the 40th Ethernet Anniversary social.
