On Behalf Of Roger Marks Pat, Every time ITU-R Working Party 5D updates the IMT-2000 standard (formerly on an annual basis; more recently biennially), it asks the participants to submit notifications of their intended update of the underlying standards, over a range
of three meetings. "Meeting X" is the first such WP 5D meeting in the update cycle; "Meeting X+1" is the second; "Meeting X+2" is the third. By the way, the IMT-Advanced standard is updated the same way, but the meetings are called "Meeting Y", "Meeting Y+1", and "Meeting Y+2".
