Hi Bob,
I understand that MyProject auto-completes,
but the instructions for a Modified PAR is to include in 8.1 the reason for the
change..
Please consider adding a statement for what/why a
change was made...
From the PAR instructions:
To modify a PAR you will need to explain the changes you are making, you
cannot modify a PAR without doing this
from NesCom Conventions and
Guidelines:
13. Modified PARs a. All modified PARs shall include an
indication of all changes that are part of the request under "Additional
Explanatory Notes" of the PAR form.
I would suggest that if you feel that the auto-fill
text in 8.1 is relevant then leave it, but at the very least you should include
a statement that is required for the PAR Modification explaining what is
changing and why.
Regards,
Jon

Thanks for the comment on the 15.4p title change:
- 8.1 should only include a statement of what is being changed. i.e.
2.1 Change Title to better communicate what features are in the standard
.
- Or something similar.
This was a MyProject auto
complete and not something that we had control over. All I entered was the new
title and this is the doc that got generated by the
system.

Bob
