[802SEC] Five-day review of notification to FCC regarding P802.16.3 progress, per OM subclause 8.2.2

Dear EC Colleagues,

The IEEE 802.16 Working Group has approved a statement updating several interested external organizations of progress of the P802.16.3 Project (on Mobile Broadband Network Performance Measurements). Since one of those organizations (the FCC) is a governmental agency, I am providing notice per OM subclause 8.2.2.

The document was unanimously approved in the IEEE 802.16 Working Group Closing Plenary meeting of 17 January. It was also agreed unanimously by the 802.18 TAG on 16 January. Per OM subclause 8.2.2, we will wait the specified five-day review period before submission by 802.16. The document under review is IEEE 802.16-13-0019-01 <http://doc.wirelessman.org/16-13-0019-01>.
