[802SEC] Motion for approval of 802.24 formation press release

This press release was approved by EC email ballot, but as Roger 
requested, we discussed if the events of the week warranted changes to 
the press release.  The 802.24 TAG reviewed the document and suggested 
only one change, in the second paragraph, change "IEEE 802 standards" to 
be "IEEE 802 networking standards"

I will bring the following motion to the EC closing plenary and request 
that it be placed on the consent agenda.

======

The EC supports the press release titled "IEEE LOOKS TO THE FUTURE OF 
SMART GRID COMMUNICATIONS WITH 802.24 SMART GRID TECHNICAL ADVISORY 
GROUP", with editorial changes as deemed necessary.
