Dear EC, This email serves as notification that 802.11 has prepared two new project PAR and 5C documents for consideration during the November 802 plenary in San Antonio. 1. Global Link (GLK) is the study group activity created, in parallel with 802.1, to address the bridging in 802.11. The essence of the project, extracted from the PAR, is as follows: 5.2.b. Pre-association Discovery (PAD) is the study group activity created to address early discovery of network services as an aid in deciding which network to join. The essence of the project, extracted from the PAR, is as follows: 5.2.b.
