Dear EC Members,

   Earlier this month, we reviewed the Sponsor Invitation Letter.  I have gathered and implemented the suggestions to improve the document.  We would like to have it approved prior to the Conference Call on the 9th, and so Paul has authorized me to start the Letter ballot now so that it will conclude in time.  Thank you for your feedback and support.
