Dear EC, In accordance with sub clause 4.1.2.2 this ballot is now closed. There are a total of 11 “approve” votes, no “oppose” and no “abstain” votes. Those voting to approve were: Marks (with some editorial improvements, thank you Roger) Rosdahl Lynch Law Mody Chaplin D’Ambrosia Thaler Das Jeffree Shellhammer Due to my having changed ISPs during the ballot it appeared that some used the “often” portion of the Chicago voting method. However, being from the Chicago area, I noticed that and only counted one vote for each voter. Thank you for your support. This document will be filed with the FCC today, one day ahead of the September 17th deadline.
