[802SEC] Clause 13 Report: Conditional Approval for Sponsor Ballot, P802.16n and P802.16.1a

Dear EC Colleagues:

I am writing to report on the status of P802.16n and P802.16.1a, per the Clause 13 Conditional Approvals (for Sponsor Ballot) granted on 20 July.

The Clause 13 conditions have been met. The following sequence of events applies to both the P802.16n and P802.16.1a cases:

a)  Recirculation ballot has been completed in accordance with the schedule (15 days, closing 2012-08-11)
b)  The approval percentage is at least 75% and there are no new valid DISAPPROVE votes (vote tally: 43/0 [100%])

c)  No technical changes, as determined by the WG Chair, were made as a result of the recirculation ballot.
d)  No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues that are not resolved to the satisfaction of the submitter from existing DISAPPROVE voters (no Dis comments)

Accordingly, we will proceed to Sponsor Ballot.
