[802SEC] 802.1 draft PARs/5Cs

We have received and responded to comments from 802.3 and 802.11 on our
draft PARs/5Cs - see responses circulated to the exploder this morning. As
a result of those comments and also final review of the text for typos and
text cleanup we have modified the draft PARs for P802.1Xbx, P802.1Qbu and
P802.1Qbv, and have modified the 5Cs for P802.1Qbu and P802.1Qbv. The
remaining draft PARs/5Cs remain unchanged from the precirculated text. The
amended documents are here:
