[802SEC] IEEE 802 University outreach Ad Hoc - proposal

Dear EC members,

As you may recall I was chartered at the IEEE 802 closing plenary in November to chair an IEEE 802 University Outreach Ad Hoc, details of the proposals can be found at <http://www.ieee802.org/secmail/pdfw8Hq5wmZGj.pdf>.

The IEEE 802 University Outreach Ad Hoc has met on a number of occasions, as well as had discussions on email, and as a result has a proposal for consideration by the EC next week. I have attached a proposal document as well as a summary slide set with a motion that I intend to present at the opening EC meeting on Monday.

Please note that one cost is still TBD as it is still being worked on. I however wanted to go ahead and circulate the documents today so that you had time to review them prior to the EC meeting on Monday.
