Re: [802SEC] +++ 10-day EC Email Ballot +++ IEEE 802 response to Industry Canada consultation regarding TVWS
Mike:
A few editorial comments.
Point 5: "P802" is the revision of IEEE Std 802, replace with "IEEE 802" or "IEEE 802 LMSC".
Point 6: First line and fifth line should be "IEEE 802.22 working group", not "P802.22 project". Third line, "Standard" should be "Std", and the TM belongs after the document number, not the year (but if it can't be a superscript TM, probably better as is).
Point 7: Start with "The" for consistency.
Point 8: Start with "The" for consistency, "Project" should be lower case.
Point 9: First line should be "IEEE 802.22 working group", not "P802.11 project". \
Point 11: First time I recall that the document doesn't use "project". Could be "P802.15.4m project will amend the IEEE Std 802.15.4 base standard to bring...".

Over the course of the week a response was developed. This ballot is to approve submitting that response to Industry Canada. Response are due by November 4, 2011. The response is available on the 802.18 Mentor website as 18-11-0075-04.
Regards,
Mike
