Dear All, In compliance with the 30 day rule for the PAR consideration at the November 2011 Plenary Meeting in Atlanta; Attached please find the pdf versions of the PAR and 5C for the P802.22b Amendment PAR: Standard for Information Technology--Telecommunications and information exchange between systems Wireless Regional Area Networks (WRAN)--Specific requirements Part 22: Cognitive Wireless RAN Medium Access Control (MAC) and Physical Layer (PHY) Specifications: Policies and Procedures for Operation in the TV Bands. Amendment: Enhanced Broadband and Monitoring This PAR is the result of the Regional Area Smart Grid and Critical Infrastructure Monitoring Study Group that was approved by the EC during the July 2011 Plenary Meeting. The Study Group activities are being chaired by Dr. Aziz Rahman from NICT. The Working Group has approved the contents of the PAR with a motion which can be found below for reference.
