Christina-

Nice change.
However, my opinion would be that while it conforms to the spirit of the 
rules, it does not conform to the "letter of the law".

That is, an e-mail from the system is not an e-mail from the voter.
(Note that the parenthetical is written in the form of "i.e." rather 
than "e.g.")
Therefore a change needs to be made to 5.4.3.5 similar to what is shown 
here:

   In order for a Do Not Approve vote to be changed to an Approve or
   Abstain vote, the Sponsor shall obtain and provide to RevCom written
   confirmation from each voter (by letter, fax, or electronic mail/_,
   or myBallot_/) that indicates concurrence with any change of his or
   her vote.
