I'd prefer the Welcome meeting on Monday rather than Sunday so as not to conflict with the Rules meeting.
Also Buzz, the time you gave (11 AM) still conflicts with Pat's 10-11 AM.

I've been soliciting volunteers for all of the 2011 Plenary sessions.
However, I told people that this would be Monday, 10-11 am.
I see that Buzz referred to "the new attendee training session (Sun 7-9pm),"
so I'm confused about the schedule. Can you educate me?
