[802SEC] Letters of affiliation and endorsement

I have letters with errors from the following people
Pat Thaler - needs to sign endorsement letter
Subir Das - needs to sign endorsement letter, also the endorsement
letter lists the position as Chair of 802.21, are you running for chair
of the WG or are you continuing as Vice Chair?
Roger Marks - needs to sign endorsement letter

I am missing letters of endorsement and affiliation from the following
people:
John Hawkins
Jon Rosdahl (needs endorsement letter(s) that cover both positions)
Geoff Thompson
Paul Congdon
Wael Diab
Jose Puthenkulam
John Lemon
Refael Ram
Peter Murray
Radhakrishna Canchi
Vivek Gupta
Wendong Hu
Gerald Chouinard

The rules state that a member cannot be confirmed without the letters.
