All,

I was requested to improve the language to make the motion clearer that we are modifying documents rather than starting a ballot.  The attached revision of my motions reflect those changes.

In my haste to get the motion out for review, I forgot to include the promised strawpoll and potential amendment to the first motion.  I have updated the package.

Given the stawpoll and potential amendment, this may be a complex process.  Please allocate extra time on the agenda if you haven't already (20 minutes suggested).

EC Members,

I'm still reviewing the drafts, but there have been no changes to the balloted documents since Monday.  Attached are my draft motions for this afternoon.  I am providing them for comment.  If I revise the ballot documents between now and then, I'll revise the corresponding motions as well.  The only revisions would be editorial at this point and I'll detail them at the closing EC meeting.
