[802SEC] Revised Draft LMSC OM for WG P&P revision ballot

All,

Since we initiated the WG P&P revision ballot, there has been comment on only one document - the LMSC OM.  I have posted an updated version of the document including all comment resolutions to date as document ec-09-0002-01-00EC (DCN 2 Rev 1). The document server can be found at:

I will wait to see if there are any further revisions of any of the documents at the Sunday P&P review meeting.  I will then post updated versions of all the documents (Clean and with revisions) on the server.  I will conduct a final editorial review of the documents during the week, and they should be ready for final approval Friday.

For reference, here is a summary of all the changes to the Draft LMSC OM since this ballot started:

3.1.2      Clarifications on the requirement for Vote Counts on motions from WG brought to the EC
4.1.1      Modifications to make the opening LMSC plenary meeting optional.
11.2        Amended text concerning sending PAR's outside of IEEE802
13           Text concerning pre-submittals to RevCom
