[802SEC] TVWS Coexistence PAR/5C

Executive Committee Members,

                The following is a PAR and 5C to be considered at the November Plenary.

                A few words about the PAR are in order.  The study group approved revision 3 of the PAR which can be found at,

                When the TAG voted on the PAR they made some small modifications to the PAR and approved revision 4 which can be found at,

                The differences between R3 and R4 can be seen in the RED text, in the Need section of R4 of the PAR.  The version being considered by the EC is R4 which is the one which has been posted on the NesCom web site in the first link above.
