[802SEC] Closing EC Agenda

James,

                The 802.19 TAG has decided to request that the Recommended Practice PAR be rescinded.  There has not been enough industry interest in completing the document.

                Please put on the closing agenda a motion to rescind the Recommended Practice PAR.
