[802SEC] JUly EC agenda item - PAR extension for n

Dear EC,

If events proceed smoothly the plan is to complete P802.11n before the end of calendar year 2009 which is also when the PAR expires. Since that plan might be optimistic, during the July plenary, I'm going to ask for a 1 year extension to cover the possibility of delays.
