Hi Mike, No worries; it is just a room blocking error (too few rooms
blocked in the tail); we'll get it adjusted and we'll have them fix your
reservation too. So hang-in there, we're on the case !!! :-)
Dawn & Lisa, Will you please send Mike and update when his reservation is
fixed (7/12-7/20/2009) so he can change his flight.
Please note new contact info:
Thanx, Buzz

Buzz, Dawn, Lisa,
Seems that if I want to stay at the Hyatt I will have to miss the
workshop..the site says both it and the other Hyatt are not available. There
other hotels but thought I'd check with you guys first.
I was asking for 7/12 - 7/20. Need to sort this out prior to changing my
return flight.
Regards,
Mike

Hi Pat and other EC members, As I responded before: I would suggest
it is safest to reserve for the extra two-nights and we will arrange to have
those 2 extra room night charges (7/18 and 7/19) transferred to a separate
Hotel account during the Plenary week.
I have also instructed Dawn to ensure that all EC members reservations are
extended to cover those nights as a protective measure. We don't want to
have people being forced to change rooms to get their extra nights.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns !!!
:-)

When we make our plenary reservation, should we include the days of the
workshop or should we just reserve up to Friday night with the reservation
for Saturday and Sunday being handled separately?
