[802SEC] P802.1Qaw to RevCom

Colleauges -

The Sponsor recirculation ballot for P802.1Qaw completed on the 5th May, with 100%
approval and no additional comments. In accordance with the conditional approval granted
in March I have therefore submitted this project to RevCom for consideration on their June
meeting agenda.
