[802SEC] +++EC 5 Day Review+++802.18 FCC Comments Regarding Starkey Labs Petition for Rulemaking
Dear EC,
On 15 April 802.18 announced a conference call to be held on 20 April. The
agenda for that call addressed two documents of which one was approved. That
document provides 802.18's comments on the Starkey Labs petition for a FCC
rulemaking to modify Part 15.247(a)(2) and Part 15.247(a)(3) of the
Commission's rules. Those comments, contained in Doc. 49r2 on 802.18's
Mentor website, were approved by a vote of 8/1/3.
The FCC due date for the comments is 5 May.
This document is being sent to you for the five day review process.
I propose that the EC comment period begins now and closes on 3 May.
The other document on the 20 April agenda was approved on a subsequent
conference call and is currently the subject of an EC electronic ballot.
