[802SEC] 802.18 Documents for approval at Friday's EC meeting
Dear EC,
IEEE 802.18 has approved three documents which will be presented for
approval at Friday's EC meeting.
The first is an updated version of the ITU-R presentation from the
Monday morning opening session. It establishes a process for reviewing
and approving IEEE 802 inputs to ITU-R WP5D on IMT-Advanced. The
document is 18-08-0058-r6 and available on 802.18's Mentor web site.
The other two documents are liaisons to ITU-R WP5D. 18-08-0086-00 deals
with the update to Recommendation ITU-R M.1457. The other 18-08-0085
states IEEE 802's intention to make submissions to ITU-R WP5D of
candidate technologies for IMT-Advanced. These two documents are also on
802.18's Mentor web site.
