[802SEC] Comment on the 802.11 VHT PAR
Below is a comment on the VHT PAR
It would appear that 802.11 would like to modify the general language for
coexistance to be included in the scope and is now recommending the
following language for coexistence:
Devices complying with this amendment shall minimally impact the operation
of 802.11 and 802.15 devices, along with other 802 wireless devices,
already operating in the same bands.
Currently the VHT PAR uses the following language:
Provides mechanisms that enable coexistence with other systems in the band
including IEEE 802.15.3c systems
Request that VHT modify this language to the below to reflect 802.11's
current thinking.
Devices complying with this amendment shall minimally impact the operation
of 802.11 and 802.15.3c devices, along with other 802 wireless devices,
already operating in the same bands.
