I probably should have put a note in the ballot document and I
apologize. But our Mail reflector renames files when you try and
download them. Simply rename the *.bin file to the file name (it is
given in the reference page you are downloading from) and it will work
fine.
If James would like to set aside a place on the 802 website for P&P
ballot documents and post them there for me, I'd be happy to use that
approach. I don't have access to the site myself (that I know of).
For convenience I am reattaching all the original documents.
As a reminder to everyone - Only 2 days left till the ballot ends.

I opened your recent email reminder about this ballot, and click on
the link to the previous archived message. I click on the links to
the spreadsheet and ballot documents to find that they aren't PDFs or
XLSs but mumble.BIN files that don't open sensibly. So I go back to
the original announcement document. The Spreadsheet opens fine, and
so does the PDF ballot announcement; however, the latter has a link
to another archived message, where supposedly you can find the
documents that we are supposed to comment on; only, when you click
the link, you get more variants of files called mumble.BIN, which don't
open.
Wonderful. What is this - a ballot or a treasure hunt?
PLEASE can you get into the habit that we (WG Chairs) all have to get
into for running WG ballots - namely, that all of the documentation
for a ballot gets put in an accessible form on a website, and we post
links to it (that work properly!).
