Here are the minutes I took of the UC-EC conference call on 7 May 2008
regarding the results of the latest 802.20 recirculation ballot.

Meeting called to order at 11:08 am PDT.

Paul Nikolich delegated chairing the meeting to Mark Klerer
and recording the meeting to James Gilb.
MK reviewed the status of the ballot.
- Close to maximum return rate.
- No new valid negative comments.
- Some invalid comments, based on unchanged text.
- Approval rate 76.3% removing invalid comments and associated no
votes (i.e., changed to a "No, without comments" which would not
count in the ballot total).
- DL mentioned from the SB op-man, "Proposed standards receiving a
significant number of unresolved negative votes should be considered
by the Sponsor for trial-use (see 5.7)." This may come up during
RevComm and should be considered by 802.20 and 802 EC.
- MK reviews "Recirc 2 comments-EC.xls"
Move: "UC-EC approves forwarding 802.20 draft 4.1 to RevCom"
David Law: Noted that the UC-EC did consider submitting 802.20 as a Trial Use
standard and decided not to adopt this.
Mover will be James Gilb, Second will be Bob Heile
Paul Nikolich: Conduct of a 10 day UC-EC email ballot delegated to James Gilb.
Ballot to be conducted via open EC reflector to start immediately.
