No. We have not done that in the past.
In general the ballot is 30 days and occurs between the plenary it is
approved and the next plenary. But the closing date depends on the date
we actually start the ballot. Usually (I've forgotten the rationale) I
wait about 30 days after the close of the plenary to initiate the
ballot.
