Subject: Message from the RevCom Chair About the Recirculation of Disapprove Comments
This is being sent on behalf of the RevCom Chair as a reminder of how to handle separate comment files during balloting.
Should you have questions, please contact Moira Patterson, RevCom Administrator, or your staff liaison.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A message to sponsors: Ballot comment resolution files containing clear rebuttals to all comments should be uploaded and accompany recirculation ballots. On occasion, you may receive additional comment file(s), either in word format, excel or some other type of file which was submitted through the single comment submittal method. The comments contained in such files have to be treated in the same way as all other comments. These files would be presented in the comment zip file, which can be obtained after the ballot closes by accessing the Download/Upload Comments link found on the myBallot Home Management Screen.
If you are in receipt of additional files, please contact your staff liaison immediately for further instructions. Your staff liaison will provide you methods for how to respond to these comments. In addition, your recirculation cover letter will also need to indicate to balloters that additional files will be submitted as part of the recirculation package.
This will help RevCom provide a timely review of the project submittal.
