Carl, Actually I was going to make the cut-off at 9 so that we keep
Portland in contention as a back-up. They did have a very attractive
rate for us.
The others clearly have not enough support for further consideration.

I suggest we "make the cut" at 11, and not further consider any venue
that
didn't get at least that many votes.
That would keep both Rome and Bangkok on the list, keeping both European

Asian options.
