3:30 PM London time is right in the middle of meetings ... And it's rather
early for folks on the US west coast.
What about, say 6:30 PM London time (yes, I know about the social, but that
would remove al least most conflicts for chairs who are in London and make
it not so early in the morning for folks in California) ???
