[802SEC] Fw: Appeal Panel Decision regarding the Executive Committee vote Disapproving the 802.20 Working Group PAR extension Request

Even though this was an appeal heard by the SASB, not the 802 EC, it is an 
appeal regarding an 802 matter, therefore please post the appeal brief, the 
reply brief and this decision on the 802 appeals web page.
