Seems reasonable to me ... Approve.
One question ... Is it on the "latest and greatest" PAR form ??? (Just be
sure, as I got caught by a link to the "2006 PAR Form" on the IEEE website
that pointed to the now-outdated form that was replaced in April.)
If necessary, I have no problem in trusting Mike to faithfully transpose the
new document title to the latest PAR form, changing nothing else, and
submit.
