It has been brought to my attention that the date given for completing
the response to WP8A is incorrect. It should read "19 July" rather than
"19 June". Apologies for any confusion the error may have caused.

Dear EC Members,
At the March 2006 meeting the RR-TAG prepared, and the EC approved, an
input to ITU-R WP8A that proposed a revision to ITU-R Recommendation
M.1450-2. In April ITU-R WP8A replied with a liaison to IEEE requesting
further information on that proposed revision. That request was
circulated to the EC on 26 April and can be found here:

At the May interim the RR-TAG began work on a response to WP8A. The goal
is to complete that response at the July plenary and submit it to
September meeting of WP8A. As part of that process the RR-TAG is asking
for comments/inputs. Please circulate the enclosed draft to your groups.
It is planned to have the response to WP8A completed by COB on
Wednesday, 19 June. Please provide any comments by Wednesday morning or
join the RR-TAG in developing the response.
