RE: [802SEC] Monday Tutorial on 802.16 Mobile Multihop Relay
Roger,
I have a question regarding the PAR for MMR. I read through the
PAR/5C and it states that a CA document will not be provided since this
is only for licensed operation. However, while I was listening to the
Tutorial it was stated that the MMR would operate in the 2.4 and 5.8 GHz
bands (See slide 32 in the tutorial).
So I am confused. Is this Project going to allow operation in
unlicensed bands? If so does the WG plan to develop a CA document?
Regards,
Steve
