Minutes
1) Discussed WG Plenary revision
Several folks felt 3 plenary (10 months) is too short
Asked for 4
Settled on 11 months
Current Change can be found at
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/secmail/doc00522.doc
2) Discussed Editorial revisions
Found an error in current P&P
On page 9: bullet which is wrong (under point b)
Paul appoints and EC confirms
For WG / TAG relationship have new non-editorial change where:
Won't implment 'WG' for WG/TAG outside WG section
In WG section, use WG only
In TAG, add any missing exceptions
Outside WG and TAG sections, always WG/TAG unless really
don't mean it.
Mat has made a word version of his ballot comments available for review:
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/secmail/doc00521.doc
3) Discussed Document numbering:
Unanimous lack of support for unified approach
Delete entire section
If RFP for document server goes through it will be self
enforcing
Can find updated proposed ballot at:
http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/secmail/doc00523.doc
4) Discussed Ken's note to Paul on deficiencies in the LMSC P&P and
Paul's responses
15 minute intermission
5) Definition of affiliation
Went through much debate
Tried to interpret SA Rules on affiliations statements
Arrived at the attached text.
Meeting adjourned.
