I completely agree with Bob Heile. We need a more complete and realistic set
of examples or we should remove the current examples.

vendor. Potential abuse through consultants pales in comparison to these
far more efficient forms of manipulation and abuse. Only citing potential
consultant abuse and ignoring the rest is degrading to this class and
unfair in my view. Lets either cite the significant areas of potential
abuse or cite none and talk only of the indemnification policy and behavior.
