The November 2005 IEEE 802 Plenary Session will be held during the week of November 13-18, 2005.
The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is already SOLD-OUT. The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver still has some guest rooms available, but they will be gone shortly. We are not providing any other hotels for overflow, SO IF YOU STILL NEED TO MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION, YOU MUST DO IT NOW !!!
The Plenary Session meetings are being held at both of these two hotels in Vancouver. Please note the Working Groups and the location of those meetings below. The Fairmont and the Hyatt are located just across the street from each other, so walking back and forth is not a problem.

The web pre-registration fee is $300.00 US if you web register before 6pm PDT, Friday, October 28, 2005; thereafter the registration fee is $400.00 US on the web or on-site at the meeting. All attendees are required to register and pay fees.
